Rob Duppen heeft de opleiding Bedrijfseconomie, met afstudeerrichting Marketing, in Tilburg aan de Katholieke Universiteit Tilburg met succes gevolgd. In 1987 is hij begonnen bij DAF Trucks in Eindhoven, waar hij als Controller werkzaam was in de fabrieken. Eind 1993 is hij overgegaan als Financieel Directeur naar Janssen Pers in Gennep, uitgeverij en drukkerij van Huis-aan-huis bladen voor heel Limburg en een deel van Brabant. Hij was hier als MT-lid niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de financiele zaken, maar ook voor P&O, Inkoop, Automatisering en begeleiding Commercie. In 2004 is hij in dienst getreden bij de Telegraaf Holding en gedetacheerd als Financieel Directeur bij Media Groep Limburg (MGL), uitgever van de regionale dagbladen in Limburg. Na verkoop van MGL aan een Engels bedrijf heeft Rob besloten voor zichzelf te beginnen. In de jaren 2011 en 2012 heeft Rob de NLP-opleiding tot Master gedaan bij het IEP in NIjmegen. Hij gebruikt de hier geleerde vaardigheden o.a. voor personal coaching.
Nederland is onderverdeeld in meerdere gebieden met ieder een licentiehouder. Rob zal zich daarbinnen concentreren op het gebied Noord- Brabant. Het, door middel van de Crestcom opleidingen en de mogelijkheid van maandelijkse inhouse-sessies, zorgdragen dat alle deelnemers uiteindelijk betere leidinggevenden worden, is voor hem de grootste uitdaging.
