Paul Mucci is devoted and focused on developing people, and optimizing their potential! He founded Optimal Leadership Solutions, an authorized Crestcom Licensee, to help companies in the Cleveland area develop their managers into leaders using Crestcom's award winning leadership development program.
Our Management and Leadership skills training helps executives, managers, and prospective managers become better Managers and Leaders, profitably, using Crestcom's unique, measured development approach. It's an effective process resulting in improved Management/Leadership skills, and includes, quantitative action plans, accountability, and support. We will partner with your team to ensure your investment produces real, bottom line results.
Paul’s background includes over 15 years of experience exceeding goals in Business Development, and Management. He spent 10 of those years in the education and training industry; helping organizations identify their training needs, and then delivering a solution to help meet those needs.
He has also served as a facilitator and instructor for Universities in Ohio, where he facilitated workshops, and courses for their corporate clients. Paul earned his BBA in Marketing at Francis Marion University, and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Paul and his wife Joti, reside 30 miles east of Cleveland in Concord, Ohio with their two children Kaila and Dominic.
