Over his 22-year career as specialty engineering, automation, and integration provider in the Industrial Process Sector , Jake gained a breadth of executive experience driving ground-up development of new divisions and markets while improving operations and revenue production. He started his career Controls Engineer in 2000, advancing quickly to team leader and then Regional Director in 2008. By 2012, Jake was Vice President of Operations & Growth, leading a multi-million-dollar revenue expansion and establishing internal structure and growth opportunities. He became President in 2016 and led an 80-person engineering team to deliver an excess of $20 million in annual project revenue.
Jake’s collaborative and future-focused approach to leadership leverages his wealth of expertise as a trusted advisor and navigator of operational growth and success. He is a true strategic partner for any business that wants to transform its managers into leaders that get great results.
