Den Weg zu einer nachhaltigen Verhaltensänderung begleiten wir nicht nur durch Impulse in den Kernkompetenzen einer Führungskraft, sondern vor allem durch Umsetzung und Coaching für erreichbare Ziele. Hierdurch unterscheiden wir uns von herkömmlichen Trainingsprogrammen.
Unser Entwicklungsprogramm ist keine Einmal-Veranstaltung. Geschäftsführer, gestandene und potentielle Führungskräfte werden von uns über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr – jeden Monat über 4 Std. – in verschiedenen Themenfeldern trainiert. Parallel zu den Trainingseinheiten begleiten und unterstützen wir praxisnah und ergebnisorientiert die nachhaltige Umsetzung des Erlernten direkt in Ihrem Unternehmen.
Für uns ist Trainingszeit gleich Arbeitszeit, deshalb finden die Trainings zentral in der Region Bergisches Land statt, das spart Aufwand fürs Reisen.
