Greenwood Village, CO— Crestcom International is pleased to announce that Shannon Mtaswia will be joining the Crestcom global franchise network to carry on the legacy of her mother, Hafsa Mtasiwa, who brought Crestcom’s leadership development to organizations in Tanzania for more than two decades.
Shannon Mtasiwa has a background in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is dedicated to bringing a unique blend of knowledge translation, application, expertise, quality, and innovation to leadership development in Tanzania.
Crestcom has been in Tanzania since 2001, which was led by Hafsa, and has managed to excel in developing leadership within various sectors in the country. When asked why she chose to join the Crestcom network, Shannon explained, “My sisters and I are committed to continuing the work our mother began in 2001, and to extend the legacy of excellence to Tanzanian companies.
