Allen Howard Joins the Crestcom Network

Crestcom International, LLC welcomes Allen Howard to its global franchise network.

Crestcom International is proud to announce a new authorized licensee, Allen Howard, President and Founder of AMAX Leadership Development. Allen will provide leadership development for clients throughout the North Tampa area. 

Allen is a seasoned leader with experience leading a global training organization and consulting with organizations ranging in size from small and mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. in Training and Human Resource Development from Penn State. 

Allen is passionate about helping leaders improve their professional and personal effectiveness, leading to significant results for both the organization and the individual. His dissertation work regarding the transition from the role of engineer to engineering manager inspired his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
