Allen Howard is President of AMAX Leadership Development, an authorized Crestcom business. AMAX Leadership Development provides interactive leadership development services for businesses in the North Tampa, Florida area.
Allen is passionate about improving professional and personal effectiveness, leading to significant results for businesses and individuals. He is an experienced leader with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. in Training and Human Resource Development from Penn State. His dissertation work regarding the transition from the role of engineer to engineering manager provides insight into the skills new leaders need to succeed in their roles.
Prior to founding AMAX Leadership Development, Allen led a global training organization and programs and was a consultant for companies ranging in size from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises. In his free time, he loves spending time in the great outdoors and spending time with his family.
