APICS/ASCM as a lifetime Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a recipient of the
prestigious Caterpillar CEO Award of Excellence.
Tim has been deeply committed to continuous learning and improvement throughout his
career. He held pivotal roles such as Director of Supply Chain, where he assumed senior
leadership responsibility for supply chains and logistics across domestic and international
sites. His strategic insights and operational acumen have resulted in significant cost savings
for organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, Cargill, and others. Tim has
consistently proven his ability to make a measurable impact on the bottom line by
