Richard Mazombwe has over 30 years experience in providing professional services. He started his career in the accountancy profession in 1981 after graduating from University. After serving as the Senior Partner for PwC in Zambia for seven years, in 2010 he decided to focus on the world's most important resource: people. Using the Crestcom training he dedicates his time to turning managers into great leaders.
