Als psychologe en tijdens mijn 18-jarige loopbaan in een multinational, ontdekte ik dat niet “kennis en kunde” de meest uitdagende factoren waren voor het welslagen van projecten, maar wel de mensen, hoe ze in elkaar zitten, hun communicatie en attitude, hun samenwerkingen en hoe ze reageren op andere mensen en gebeurtenissen, iets wat me al sinds mijn kindertijd heel erg fascineerde.

Mijn missie is om leiders te inspireren en te ondersteunen om zichzelf en hun teams naar een hoger niveau te tillen door bewuster te worden van de kracht van hun leiderschapsvaardigheden en hen aan te moedigen die te blijven ontwikkelen. Dat maakt het allemaal zoveel gemakkelijker, leuker én productiever, … voor alle stakeholders.

As a psychologist and working during 18 years in a multinational, I discovered that “knowledge and technical skills” were not the most challenging factors in finishing projects successfully. It were the people, knowing them, their attitude and communication style, the way they work together and react on other people and events, something that fascinated me already since my early childhood.

My mission is to inspire and support leaders to lift themselves and their teams up to a whole new dimension by making them aware of the power of their leadership skills and to encourage them to keep on developing in that area.
