Tammy holds an MBA and has held numerous executive-level positions in Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Strategy, and Sales Operations. She has worked as a CPA and business consultant for Arthur Andersen & Company and is an expert at leadership development and P&L management. For many years, Tammy was a consultant to CEOs on leadership, change management, organization, and strategy. Given her passion for leadership, she has developed and facilitated a high school leadership program for low-income girls and served as the executive in residence for a graduate-level leadership program. Tammy is also committed to giving back to her community and has served on numerous community boards focused on the development and empowerment of girls and women. Tammy has published two books and has received many awards for her excellence in community and business leadership.
