Currently I am the CEO for Klarity Broadcasting LLC, a Maryland authorized licensee of Crestcom International, a Leadership Development organization providing management and executive training in over 60 countries. Klarity Broadcasting LLC also provides Strategic Communications support to conceive, develop, and implement organizational concepts, themes, and logos, all synchronized to clients’ goals and initiatives.
I have served in numerous global assignments in the military where I was the spokesperson, communications advisor and ultimately supporting the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs on the behalf of U.S. operations worldwide.
I retired as a decorated officer, where my highest awards included the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star.
Since establishing my company, I have assisted DoD coordinate and publicize various Small Business, Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS), and Trusted Capital programs. Klarity Broadcasting has also created publicity strategies, provided campaign planning support, and/or project management support for various government and private entities, such as 1st Degree, Oneida ESC Group, KSF Unlimited, and Mountain View Group, LTD.
As you can see, I have utilized the skills and reputation I obtained over a career in the military as a leader and coach to launch a successful business.
Now I am also a Crestcom Authorized Licensee offering to do the same to help Develop Managers in the Maryland area into Leaders as well.
