Participants can join the program at any time and the 12 month training program covers 24 modules of leadership and management development.

The Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. program is available nationally for $7,695.00 per participant plus tax. The training is 60 hours over the course of 1 year which includes 48 hours of in class live and interactive training and 12 hours of in house reviews and implementation meetings.
