United States Leadership Training Expert
I am Eric Ursich, the President of Transcendent Leadership, Inc., an authorized partner of Crestcom International serving leaders in Central Florida.
My passion has always been helping others and making a tangible and lasting impact in the world. My career has spanned over 3 decades, teaching me the value of lifelong learning and development. I am proud to have served 10 years as a consecutive Russian Interpreter in the United States Air Force. Later, I took on senior marketing roles at IBM while pursuing my MBA. Then I became an entrepreneur, building my own company from the ground up that I ran for almost 9 years. I’ve also worked in various strategic sales and senior leadership roles in the Education sector, where I achieved President’s Club with nearly every organization I worked for.
Partnering with Crestcom allows me to continue positively impacting the lives of others through the facilitation of interactive leadership development workshops which focus on developing structured, well-defined leadership skills. Through this measured process, participants realize sustained behavioral change in the workplace - and ultimately embark on a journey of self-discovery that transcends roles and titles and inspires them to realize their true potential as leaders to change the lives of others.
“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” - Jack Welch, former GE Chairman and CEO
Originally from Colorado, I have traveled the globe and now proudly reside in Central Florida with my lovely wife of 31 years. In my free time, I enjoy Florida’s beaches, fishing, and almost year-round cycling.
