United States Leadership Training Expert
With 20+ years experience building relationships in a variety of professional spaces and platforms, I was excited to start with Crestcom - Northeast Ohio, because the opportunities to help grow teams and develop people are countless. I cut my teeth in higher education: managing teams, developing students, communicating complex concepts in user-friendly ways, and building communities. I hosted an international educational program, performing and building rapport with live audiences on virtual platforms in fast-paced environments. Most recently, I created an author brand and began publishing a book series, producing plays and growing a YouTube channel to coach and mentor others.
When the opportunity arose to professionally partner with my husband, Kevin - someone who is passionate about developing people as leaders and helping them create sustained behavior change - I knew we could provide something special to the leadership development space.
I’ve witnessed what happens when managers and executives are left to flounder without the skills they need to be effective leaders. Leadership development is the foundation of strong teams and thriving organizations, and when it’s done well, professional and personal lives change.
Leaders were never meant to go it alone, and I’m proud of Crestcom not just because of our 35-year, award-winning track record of excellence, but because we’re different from other programs. We deliver content in bite sized pieces for optimal retention. We help participants craft personal action plans to implement new techniques immediately. Best of all, we walk alongside leaders in coaching sessions to troubleshoot challenges and measure results.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that life is better together, and the work I’m privileged to do with Crestcom helps leaders thrive in their organizations, in their communities, and in their families. What you do as a leader matters, and my role is to help you do it more effectively.
Elizabeth has been growing Crestcom - Northeast Ohio with her husband, Kevin, since 2022. She holds B.A.s in English and Theatre from Kent State University and an M.A. in English from Northern Michigan University. Her hobbies include writing, ministry projects, attending live theater, weight lifting, and spending time with her two daughters, who crack her up on a regular basis.
