Wir entwickeln Vorgesetzte zu Führungskräften. Die Teilnehmer unserer Trainingsprogramme verbessern sich kontinuierlich und nachhaltig in den 10 Schlüsselkompetenzen, die erfolgreiche Führungskräfte ausmachen.
Obwohl Mitarbeiter häufig zunächst aufgrund ihrer herausragenden technischen oder fachlichen Qualifikationen zu Vorgesetzten werden, sind es letztlich die nicht fachbezogenen Kompetenzen wie z.B. Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Motivationsfähigkeit oder Führung in Veränderungsprozessen, die herausragende Führungskräfte von mittelmäßigen unterscheiden.
