*External Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Crestcom Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The Referral Program advertisement does not constitute an offer in and of itself.  Referrer will be required to complete Crestcom’s form of agreement in a manner and method as required by Crestcom.  
Eligibility: The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Crestcom employees, officers, directors, franchisees, affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Referral Award: For each successful referral, the referring party (“Referrer”) will receive a monetary award of $2,500 USD (“Referral Award”) for every Crestcom prospect it introduces to Crestcom that was previously unknown to Crestcom representatives who signs a Franchise Agreement and pays the Initial Fee. Referral Awards will be paid in a manner and form, as determined by Crestcom, once the prospective Franchisee signs a Crestcom Franchise Agreement and pays the Initial Fee.
Program Duration: Referral prospects must sign a Crestcom Franchise Agreement and comply with all other conditions within 6 months from the date the referral was made.
Tracking: Referrals will be tracked through a referral form on the designated landing page on the Crestcom website. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that the referrals are made through this form to be eligible for the Referral Award.
Approval: Crestcom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any franchisee candidates. Decisions made by Crestcom are final and binding.
Changes and Termination: Crestcom reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
Privacy: Participation in the Program constitutes agreement to Crestcom’s Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Please review Crestcom’s Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be used and disclosed.
No Warranties: Crestcom provides the Program “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.
Liability: Crestcom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Program.
This Program is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Program, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
