It’s a good course for current along with up-and-coming managers. You get to interact with different leaders within your industry and city. I found it very beneficial to be in the course with other members of our management team – we were able to efficiently problem solve current company challenges by immediately applying ideas, processes and systems offered in the series.

The topics covered proved to be an excellent series to educate our people in key skill areas like negotiating, customer service, leadership, change management, and team building. The skills covered in your series were transferred further into the organization than we could have imagined. The managers sharing the sessions are now perceived as more than simply department managers…they are “coaches” offering their new expertise and experience in critical areas of our operation. From my vantage point, the managers are becoming leaders who can operate more competently and confidently in part due to the Crestcom series.

The Crestcom 12-month series was terrific for me and I’m recommending other managers on my team for the training this year. I personally learned and developed a better understanding of recognition and how to create future leaders through mentoring. By sincerely recognizing a person’s accomplishments, contributions and consistently demonstrating “active” listening, there has been a noticeable change in energy and improved commitment individually and as a team to achieve our goals.
