Crestcom’s Discovery Process

Our franchise discovery process is among the most transparent in the industry. We train you in our marketing, sales, and facilitation processes before you sign the franchise agreement. We do this to ensure we are partnering with top talent to represent our brand and so that you have all the information you need to make an informed business decision. Explore our step-by-step discovery process below: 

Step 1:
Get to Know Each Other


We’ll schedule a brief call to learn more about your interest in owning a Crestcom franchise, discuss territory availability, review initial qualifications, and walk you through our process. It’s also a great opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

Step 2:
Business Model Review


In this exclusive online presentation hosted by Crestcom’s CEO, you’ll get an in-depth look at our franchise value proposition and gain answers to many of the most common questions prospective owners ask.

Step 3:
Review the FDD


If there’s mutual interest in moving forward, you’ll receive and review the Crestcom Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Step 4:
FDD Review


We’ll walk through any questions you have about the FDD, financial investment, and your potential territory. At the end of the call, we’ll also prepare you for introductory calls with current Crestcom franchisees and set a tentative date for your Franchise Candidate Training — either at our Denver headquarters or conducted virtually.

Step 5:
Due Diligence & Validation


Next, you’ll have the chance to speak directly with existing franchisees, hear about their experiences, and ask any questions you may have. We’ll provide contact information for our entire network and encourage you to connect with as many owners as you’d like.

Step 6:
Franchise Candidate Training


Franchise Candidate Training is a two-day experience held at our Denver headquarters — or virtually for international candidates. You’ll meet face-to-face with Crestcom’s home office, including our leadership team and the staff who will support you throughout your franchise journey.

  • Meet the executive team and support staff.
  • Become familiar with our system and methodologies.
  • Learn how to market, sell and facilitate our award-winning curriculum.
  • Get the opportunity to ask any questions you have about becoming a Crestcom franchise owner.
