Willkommen bei der Führungsschule Thüringen
Aus über 20 jähriger Führungserfahrung auf den unterschiedlichsten Hierarchiestufen in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern wissen wir, dass viele Vorgesetzte intuitiv Vieles richtig machen. Genauso mussten wir lernen, dass exzellente Führung ein sehr weites Feld ist, welches mit Intuition alleine leider selten optimal bestellt wird.
Die „Crestcom Führungsschulen Deutschland“ trainieren Führungskräfte aus allen Branchen, Unternehmensgrößen und Organisationsformen. Unsere Seminarveranstaltungen zeichnen sich aus durch:
Maximale Effizienz (Training nur 4 Stunden monatlich, Präsenztraining und Videovorträge)
Geringen finanziellen Aufwand (niedrige Teilnehmergebühr, keine Übernachtung, kurze Anreise)
Höchste Flexibilität (Start ist jederzeit möglich, evtl. Versäumtes kann nachgeholt werden, Schulen in ganz Deutschland)
