United States Leadership Training Expert
Prior to founding Arrowhead Leadership Inc, I owned and operated a NE Florida area Granite Transformations franchise, a Bath Planet dealership and independent plumbing company, Rock Solid Plumbing Services. After over 16 years of successful small business ownership, I sold the companies in February of 2021.
Additionally, I spent over 10 years in corporate America with Enterprise Rent-a-Car / Enterprise Fleet Management in various outside sales, national marketing and high level management positions.
Currently, I live in Fleming Island in the great state of Florida with my beautiful wife, Yvette and our 3 sons, Reed, Connor & Trent. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oral Roberts University.
As a former small business owner, I have a passion to help provide solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes in the area of leadership development for their management teams. The motivation to becoming a Crestcom licensee came from the realization that as a small business owner, the value of this type of leadership development for my teams would have made a huge impact on the bottomline!
