Are you looking to take your team's leadership and management skills to the next level? Or your own? Then you have come to the right place! Crestcom offers world-class leadership and management training, covering topics that matter to you, such as Delegation, Conflict Resolution, Dealing with Change, Time Management, Negotiation, Customer Service, Team Success and more.
The best thing about the Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager program is that it is not training for training sake. It is a program that generates long-lasting results for people and for companies, through action plans built into the program. The one thing this program is "not", is boring. You will be engaged through fun exercises, small and large group discussions and role plays.

Something about myself: Calgary has been my home since 2006, when I immigrated to Canada from India. As a software engineer, I missed the face-to-face interaction with people. So I changed my career into leadership development . This role lets me enjoy getting to know people and helping them. I completed my certificate in Adult Learning at the University of Calgary (specializing in Workplace Learning), and I am progressing through Toastmasters' Leadership and Communication programs.
To know more about Crestcom's programs and how to test-drive them before you make any training decisions, simply contact me through email or LinkedIn or phone (contact details below my photo). Note - you will "not" be added to any mailing lists.

Overcome Workplace Burnout Through Effective Leadership

Workers around the world are experiencing higher levels of burnout than ever before. A Harvard Business Review survey of 1500 respondents in 46 countries found that 89% of respondents said their work life was getting worse, and 62% of people who were struggling to manage their workloads had experienced burnout “often" or "extremely often" in the previous three months. Burnout can be a costly problem for employers, as it leads to increased sick days, lowered productivity and higher employee turnover. To resolve burnout and prevent it in the future, managers must assess the underlying causes and commit to improving the situation long term. During this session, we'll discuss how leaders can prevent workplace burnout, cope with stress, and improve work/life balance for themselves and their teams.

Leading in the Hybrid Workplace

2020 and COVID-19 brought rapid disruption to workplaces around the world. The sudden shift to remote work tested most organizations’ ability to adapt and adjust to the next normal. Now leaders are facing the reality that a flexible workplace is here to stay. Microsoft’s 2021 Work Trend Index found that 73% of the 30,000 people surveyed across 31 countries want the option of flexible remote work to continue. However, 65% percent of workers crave more in-person time with colleagues, revealing that the future workplace will likely be made up of hybrid teams with a mix of fully remote, fully in-person, and blended schedule employees being the norm.
