Hi, I’m Scott Collier, and I’ve spent over three decades helping businesses and individuals achieve financial success and personal growth.

My passion for leadership and mentoring has led me to diverse roles, from guiding financial advisors and managing businesses to consulting with businesses on leadership, sales, and financial strategies.
With experience ranging from financial planning to business leadership to business consulting and coaching, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from entrepreneurs to corporate leaders—helping them navigate the complexities of business growth and personal leadership development.

At Crestcom, my focus is on empowering leaders to achieve their full potential through practical, hands-on leadership training. Leadership isn’t just about managing tasks; it’s about inspiring others to take ownership, fostering a culture of growth, and driving meaningful change within your organization. I’m excited to bring my leadership experience to Crestcom’s award-winning programs to help you develop a high-performing team and build a stronger organization.

In addition to my work with Crestcom, I’ve authored "A Leader’s Dozen," a book focused on timeless principles of leadership that help guide individuals and teams toward success. Outside of work, I’m committed to giving back to the community through charitable fundraising, community leadership and motivational speaking.

If you’re ready to elevate your leadership skills and inspire your team to new heights, let’s connect. I’d love to show you how Crestcom’s proven leadership development programs can transform your organization.
