Rob Dutta has over 25 years of senior level sales, marketing and leadership development experience with both large and small market-leading retail, wholesale, and manufacturing organizations.
He has been recognized and awarded for effective team building and coaching, sales growth strategy development and execution, and exceeding profit and revenue goals with companies such as Bose Corporation and Best Buy Canada (Future Shop).
Rob has a longstanding passion for developing people and he brings first hand experience leading teams who create exceptional, sustainable business results, both as individuals and as a team.
He has chosen to partner with Crestcom International to locally implement their globally recognized and awarded, unique and different, interactive leadership development programs which are based on the premise that it is now more important than ever for organizations to invest in leadership development.
Based on the most fundamental skills today's CEO's expect from their leaders, participants learn and apply 24 skills, 2 per month, develop and implement action plans based on their organization's needs, report progress in private personalized follow up sessions, and benefit from sharing their experiences with their peers across industries. They then have the opportunity to participate in continuing education to reinforce their skills and ensure enduring success.The challenges of a global pandemic have escalated the need for stronger leaders in every industry.
