As the Authorized Area Licensee for Crestcom International, in the Caribbean, her organization facilitates their global action-learning, leadership transformation program with proven results, which is now the leading one of its kind. Apart from Trinidad & Tobago, their regional footprint spans 20+ territories from Florida in the north, to Guyana in the south. Clients include hundreds of the region's most respected and profitable organizations, across various sectors and multiple industries.
Apart from her diverse career spanning senior positions/consulting in education (Lok Jack GSB), aviation (BWIA-CAL), finance (CMMB-FCIS), multinational (Massy Group), strategy and communication (Government), Renata was also lecturer (UWI) in business strategy, marketing management and workplace protocol. She has also facilitated numerous initiatives for both local and regional cross-dimensional teams responsible for executive leadership development, strategic visioning, talent management, assessment centre and corporate re-branding. Further, she often presents on the pertinent topic of leadership at international forums; and is a content contributor to the book “The Leadership Habit – Transforming Behaviors to Drive Results” published by Wiley.
Renata is a 'Certified Change Practitioner' (Prosci), 'Certified Executive Coach' (ICF-ACC) and holds an MBA degree from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada. Further, she has Professional Certifications in ‘Developing Leadership Talent’ from Centre for Creative Leadership, USA and ‘Management Practices for Senior Executives’ from the Administrative Staff College of India.
