Renata Tulsie is thePresident of the Caribbean Centre for Leadership Development Ltd., a think-tank established to foster best-practice leadership in the Caribbean. With more than 20 years’ experience, she is considered a management “Mindshaper”, known for her innovative approaches to optimizing individual, team and organizational effectiveness.
As the Area Director for Crestcom International in the Caribbean, her organization facilitates their global action-learning, leadership transformation program with proven ROI, which is now the leading one of its kind. They have operations in Barbados, Jamaica and Suriname. Their numerous clients include several of the region's most respected and profitable organizations.
Apart from her exciting career spanning education, aviation, finance and multinational, Renata was also a University of the West Indies lecturer in business strategy, marketing and workplace protocol. She has also facilitated numerous practical and engaging sessions for both local and regional cross-dimensional teams responsible for executive leadership development, strategic visioning, talent management, assessment centre and corporate re-branding.
Further, she has presented on the pertinent topic of leadership and management at many international forums. And, is a content contributor to the book “The Leadership Habit – Transforming Behaviors to Drive Results” published by Wiley in April 2017.
Renata was the recipient of an international scholarship and is a graduate of the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada where she obtained her MBA. She is certified by the Centre for Creative Leadership in ‘Developing Leadership Talent’ and the Administrative Staff College of India in ‘Management Practices for Senior Executives’.
