Rachid est titulaire d'un MBA de l’université Française Pasqual Paoli, d’un Diplôme en Executive Management de l’université San-Telmo et d'un Certificat en Management Stratgique de la Copenhagen Business School.
Rachid dirige des équipes depuis une vingtaine d'années, des équipes larges et diversifiées. Il a fait preuve d'un leadership confirmé dans des entreprises multi-sites.
Conscient que ce ne sont que les forts qui s’entourent de forts, Rachid a su développer autour de lui de nombreux leaders tels que des Responsables, des Managers et des Directeurs d'usine. Son style de leadership inspire les gens autour de lui à devenir de meilleurs Dirigeants.
