WHO IS MIKE CRAIG:
Mike is an accomplished business executive, having led two companies with full P&L responsibility, including president of AGFA Graphic Systems Canada, with extensive experience in functional senior executive positions in business to business and business to consumer organizations. Currently, Mike is President of Synergy Work Solutions Inc., an authorized licensee with Crestcom International, a global leader in management and leadership development. Since 2005, Mike, as the principal consultant with Synergy Work Solutions Inc, has acted as a coach, consultant, and strategic advisor helping businesses improve their numbers by increasing execution of top priorities, and their capability to produce consistent, superior results.
Besides being an award winning group chairman with the world’s largest CEO peer membership organization, Mike also has thousands of hours of practical application in one-on-one and group executive coaching and consulting situations.
Mike values contribution to the business and social fabric in his community, and spent many years coaching youth basketball. He currently serves on the Food Bank board of Directors and chairs their Capital Campaign Fundraising initiative, and Programs committee.
He has also served on Ryerson University’s Advisory board with the School of Graphic Communications Management, the Toronto Business Development Centre, a global leader in business incubation, the Alzheimer’s Society, Peace Ranch, and Dufferin Child and Family Services boards of directors.
Mike and his wife Mary live in the greater Toronto area, and have two thriving young adult children.
