Mike Gibson, Area Representative for Crestcom Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, and Managing Partner of Gibson Leadership Solutions, has resided in Thornbury, Ontario with his wife Vickey since 2015. In his career he has been recognized as a dedicated, entrepreneurial leader with strong management and leadership skills who is recognized as a person of character and integrity.
As President and General Manager of Fleetguard Canada he took charge of a start-up operation with marginal profile, market share, and sales building the company to being a market leader in Canada, as well as a corporate role model within the International Fleetguard group of entities. During his time with Fleetguard Mike was asked on a consultative basis to help Fleetguard profit centers in Mexico, Europe and Australia grow their multi-channel distribution business.
Later Mike was recruited to join Navistar International Corporation Canada. Mike was Vice President for the Canadian company. Successes he had were in the design and implement of programs and processes to affect the integration of the organization in co-ordination with key representatives from the dealer body. A key aspect of Mike’s role was to lead the design and implementation of the company’s strategic planning process which was a significant task for this billion dollar business.
As Area Representative for Crestcom Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada they are responsible for nurturing the existing franchisees, as well as generating growth in the Canadian market. Crestcom is multi-million dollar leadership development organization focused on working with good people to develop them into great managers and leaders.
