After working for over 30 years in various management positions in engineering, manufacturing, and distribution roles, I realized that our future managers were not getting the training needed to develop into great leaders. I joined Crestcom in 2022 after taking their Leadership Development program and witnessing the benefits first hand.
The Crestcom leadership development program is the perfect tool to help your managers grow and develop their skills to handle their future growth and responsibilities. All to often we forget that most managers have never been trained on how to be a successful manager. They typically learn this through the school of hard knocks.
I am very excited to help the next generation of managers develop into successful business leaders. I have enjoyed helping new managers develop their skills and business acumen over the last 25 years. My experience coupled with the Crestcom program is a great match to help clients develop their next group of leaders. I am the authorized Crestcom Business Owner in Central Ohio.
