Seit Anfang 2009 leitet Martin Zursiedel mit Freude den Crestcom Standort in Stuttgart.
Bereits mit 32 Jahren besaß er sein eigenes Unternehmen in der Gesundheitsbranche mit 25 Mitarbeitern und verkaufte dies später erfolgreich. Nach seiner darauf folgenden 8 monatigen Reise durch Lateinamerika entschied er sich, Geschäftsführern und Führungskräften in seiner Region mit dem erfolgreichen und bewährten Programmen der Firma Crestcom zu mehr Erfolg und Lebensqualität zu verhelfen.
Er hat einen Magisterabschluss in Sportwissenschaft, Betriebswirtschafts- und Volkswirtschaftslehre. Ausserdem die NLP Masterausbildung und zahlreiche Fort- und Weiterbildungen als Trainer.
Nach seiner Überzeugung und Erfahrung sind die Führungsfähigkeiten der leitenden Mitarbeiter der Schlüssel zum Unternehmenserfolg.
Er lebt mit seiner Frau und seinen zwei Söhnen in Bad Cannstatt.
