-African Proverb
Does your team make you feel like you're going alone?
Are your employees disengaged from work? Does your staff lack the ability to attract and keep top talent?
Do your managers struggle to solve problems, create consensus, and increase productivity?
Crestcom is a leadership development organization...and we're different.
What We Do:
We help you build successful leadership teams and award-winning organizations by developing your skills in strategic thinking, goal setting, effective communication, motivating employees, change management, and multi-generational leadership.
How We Do It:
Each month, business professionals from Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and the Puget Sound area participate in the Crestcom’s L.E.A.D.R. training where leaders develop their people skills, exchange management ideas, and share what’s working now. Participants can join the program at any time and the 12 month training program covers 24 modules of leadership, management and sales development.
Our interactive learning program transforms the way businesses motivate, communicate and help managers succeed while seeing the effects on the company’s bottom line.
About Me:
For over 30 years I've coached supervisors, managers and senior leaders--first as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the U.S. Air Force, and today as Authorized Crestcom Business Owner in the Greater Seattle Area with Crestcom’s live-facilitated, interactive leadership learning across Western Washington which guarantees real business results for you.
Let me show you how to go far, together.
