India Leadership Training Expert
After more than two and half decades in the corporate world working all around the globe, the combination of my passions to research the secrets on organizational success and simultaneously the instinctive support for betterment of human mankind have culminated in creating a leadership development business.
I was confident attending the pre and post boot camp sessions with details of Crestcom’s BPM program, attending a few of the workshops, and talking with several licensees that this business was well suited for rest of my business life. I found Crestcom’s approach of measured development, implementation plan paired with accountability most convincing. I see this program with true values to make a difference in both the professional and personal lives of others.
I firmly believe my comprehensive educational qualifications with my BE degree in Electrical Engineering from VSSUT, Senior Management programme from IIM Calcutta, Post Graduate Programme in IOT from BITS, Pilani and PGP AI/ML for Leaders from McCombs School of Business University of Texas Austin will be always a contributing factor to achieve my goal. I also feel proud to contribute few of my work hours to the technical societies participating various forums being a Senior Member in IEEE and CBIP/CIGRE international technical societies.
As a co-founder for DityaSiS, the association with Crestcom for leadership development program will be a real tribute to my intuitive passion to serve the betterment of human mankind for rest of my future business life.
