Currently Ms. Williams is Managing Partner forTransformational Leadership Training Institute, LLC and Authorized Licensee for Crestcom International in Atlanta, Georgiamanaging Fulton County. Lora works with small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to improve their business performance by training their leaders and managers in several leadership competencies.
Prior to her current role, Lora worked at Merckand Novartis whicharetwo of the leadingpharmaceutical companies in world, where she held a variety of sales, training and leaderships roles with increasing levels of responsibility during her tenure with these organizations. While at Bank of America, Lora was part of the leadership team that led the corporate initiative to enterthe Chicago market. Lora helped to develop the market and was responsible for hiring, training, andmotivating teams while also leadingbusiness development efforts.
