Lisa brings 25 years of experience working in human resources—many of those in an executive role– and a passion for education and lifelong learning. In addition to her career in human resources, she taught Training and Organizational Development at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business for five years.
When asked what inspired her to join the Crestcom Network, Lisa explained, "I believe the future of the workplace is Employee Centricity. Partnering with Crestcom allows me to follow my passion of coaching and teaching supervisors and managers while also leveraging a world-class leadership development program to create a great work environment for employees”.
Lisa is a native of Arizona and a proud alumna of the University of Arizona. She holds a BS in Business Administration, a BA in Sociology, and an MBA. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and dogs, swimming, hiking, yoga, and reading.
Lisa's years of experience in leadership, change management, employee engagement, and strategic planning make her an invaluable resource for any organization looking to develop its managers into stronger, more effective leaders.
