WHAT WE DO: We help business leaders achieve strategic objectives with interactive leadership development that produces real results.
WHO WE ARE: Crestcom is a leadership development company in over 60 countries and has been turning managers into leaders for over 30 years. Over 25,000 companies entrusted us with developing their teams, and over 1,000,000 leaders worldwide benefited from our program.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: We offer a live-facilitated, blended interactive learning process. Over 12 months, 24 interactive workshops are delivered in a live setting (in-person or virtual). The workshops are aligned with fundamental competencies CEOs expect from leaders. Content from subject matter experts is blended with exercises and activities to reinforce learning. Participants create monthly action plans tied to quantifiable business results. These action plans and results are reviewed at monthly coaching sessions. Continued learning options exist for alumni to effectively lead their teams in the future. Our unique process results in long-term behavior change through measured development (learning in bite-size chunks), action planning, and accountability for expected results.
98% of the participants enrolled in Crestcom's leadership development program said it met or exceeded their expectations and business leaders averaged a 6:1 return on program investment.
