Ken is the founder of MTM Consulting Group, a company specialising in leadership and employee development training. Since 1997, Ken and his team have facilitated leadership courses for employees, supervisors, managers and executives in companies ranging in size from 20 – 800 employees along with national and international firms with thousands. With over 5000 people trained, his teaching expertise combined with 18 years of corporate management knowledge, has equipped Ken to transfer proven management principles into practical applications, tools, processes, and systems to GROW! leaders and their teams to their full potential.
Ken and the Western Canada team have been frequently recognised nationally and internationally for sales, facilitation and client relations excellence. The true reward comes from playing a part in guiding participants to new levels of leadership competence and confidence. Prior to joining Crestcom, Ken was a corporate executive with a record of dynamic business transformation to improve performance in customer sales and service, marketing and corporate planning. Appointed to several executive teams focused on corporate-wide behaviour and cultural transformation where he was prime to institute innovative employee training approaches that resulted in enhanced customer service and long term client loyalty.
