Ken is the founder of MTM Consulting Group, a company specialising in leadership and employee development training. Since 1997, Ken and his team have facilitated leadership courses for employees, supervisors, managers and executives in companies ranging in size from 20 – 750 employees along with national and international firms with thousands. With over 4000 people trained, his teaching expertise combined with 18 years of corporate management knowledge, has equipped Ken to transfer proven management principles into practical applications, tools, processes, and systems to GROW! leaders and their teams to their full potential.
As a Crestcom licensee for the past 21 years, Kenand his team have been frequentlyrecognised nationally and internationally for sales, facilitation and client relations excellence. But the true reward comes from playing a part in guiding participants to new levels of leadershipcompetence and confidence. Or as one ofKen's graduates described, "I only wished that I had Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager training when I first became a manager. It is staggering to think of the potential loss of customers and employees from my trials and errors over these many years."
In 2004,Ken assumed the leadership role of Crestcom’s Area Representative for Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Credited for developing “Team Canada West” into one of the most productive, customer focused Crestcom teams worldwide. Ken and his Crestcom teammates deliver over a dozen public seminars “monthly” throughout Western Canadaand annually graduate over 250 managers in the accredited Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager Leadership Series.
Prior to joining Crestcom, Ken was a senior telecommunications director with a record of dynamic business transformation to improve performance in customer sales and service, marketing and corporate planning. Appointed to several executive teams focused on corporate-wide behaviour and cultural transformation where he was prime to institute innovative employee training approaches that resulted in enhanced customer service and long term client loyalty.
Ken has been married for 35 years with two adult children. And when he’s nothelping to build leaders, you can find him serving asPresident & Director, Auburn Bay Resident Association since 2006, giving back in community and church volunteer roles, kayaking, swimming, doing home renovations, and cheering on the Calgary Stampeders and Flames.
