Jennifer Goodrich is on a crusade to obliterate mediocre training and boring classes from the world. To enable her mission, Jennifer is a franchise of Crestcom International that operates in 53 foreign countries and >50 U.S. markets.
Jennifer trains junior, mid-level and senior managers of leading organizations on subjects such as Workforce Relations, Attitude, Goal Setting, Self-Esteem, Customer Service, Time Management, Team Building, Employee Development, Organization, Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Multi-Generational Leadership and Communication Effectiveness.
Previously, Jennifer Goodrich was the Vice President of Marketing & New Product Development for a U.S. play set manufacturer. She has also served as Director of Marketing & New Product Development for Moen Faucets, Avery-Dennison and Newell-Rubbermaid. Jennifer served as the Corporate Strategist for Moen Faucets in their Mergers & Acquisitions group. She created a new company within the Moen portfolio of companies and initiated strategic alliances in Southern China, Central Mexico, and Eastern Europe.
Jennifer served as a Board Member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, NAWBO (National Organization of Women Business Owners) and Entrepreneur Organization. Jennifer is an Instructor in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corp. and is actively involved in many of her church's ministries.
On a more personal note, Jennifer is married and is a mother of two red-headed girls. She holds a B.A. from Clark University (Worcester, MA) and an M.B.A. from USC (University of Southern California).
