Heidi Schaer holds a MSc. degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, therefore understands clientele on another level, and provides expertise in the upmost professional manner. Heidi has built a solid foundation of contacts and clients through her tenant HR advisory services, passionate about their needs and goals; always inspiring trust. She characterizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your transaction. Known for her high ethical standards for being honest and caring, she’ll do absolutely everything in her power to ensure her clients’ success.
Heidi grew up in the U.S. Air Force Base environment and is known to build strong relationships with local and international clients, embracing and respecting all kinds of cultures. She uses her experience and perception to proactively address details before they become a problem. Being in the Human Resources business for over fifteen years, Heidi found professional success at a high level, constantly negotiating, and dealing with Board of Directors, CEO´s and HR Directors.
In her spare time, Heidi enjoys traveling to new places with her husband and adorable twins, seeking adventures in the outdoors and greatly appreciates a yummy cappuccino during sunny or rainy afternoons.
