Willkommen bei der Führungsschule Mainfranken
In einer Welt, in der Produkte, Dienstleistungen und auch Beziehungen zwischen Unternehmen von Jahr zu Jahr komplexer werden, braucht es Teams die diese wachsende Komplexität sicher beherrschen. Unternehmenserfolge werden immer mehr von Teamleistungen und Teamerfolgen bestimmt.
Aber wer führt diese Teams? Oftmals werden fachlich hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter in Führungspositionen befördert. Das nötige Führungswissen eignen sie sich durch eigene Erfahrungen im Laufe der Zeit an. Genau so bin ich in meine erste Führungsposition gekommen. Heute kann ich mit mehr als 20 Jahren Führungserfahrung sagen: Es geht auch leichter und ohne die unvermeidlichen „blauen Flecken“ des „Learning by Doing“.
Genau hier setzt unser Trainingskonzept an: Wir vermitteln in kurzen, intensiven Trainingseinheiten umfassendes Führungswissen, Führungswerkzeuge und Führungsfertigkeiten über einen längeren Zeitraum. Die 10 Erfolgsfaktoren, die laut einer Umfrage unter mehr als 1.000 Geschäftsführern und Inhabern, jede Führungskraft besitzen sollte, stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres Trainings. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir intensiv bei der Umsetzung des Gelernten durch Coaching vor Ort. Auf diesem Weg generieren wir eine echte Verbesserung der Geschäftsergebnisse unserer Kunden.
