If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. African Proverb
Gary's friend John grew up in the Congo, and John inherently knew this proverb to be true for survival in the African bush. Gary's was raised amidst corn fields in the Midwest and throughout his life has found this proverb to be true in most work environments from agriculture to manufacturing to ministry to healthcare.

Are your team members more interested in going fast or going far? Does your organization - like so many others - ever experience challenges in areas such as employee engagement, communication, innovation, change management, generational differences, or feeling left out? We will address these organizational challenges by sharpening essential skills of your managers and business leaders.
We realize investing in leadership development is an important strategic business decision. That’s why we offer a free 2 1/2 hour onsite leadership skills workshop. This test drive gives potential clients an opportunity to try our approach at no charge. Most organizations experience improvement to their bottom line just from this workshop, while also gathering information to make an informed decision about whether to partner with us.
Our interactive learning program includes in-person facilitation, videos from subject matter experts, hands on activities, personal action plans, and monthly accountability follow-ups.
Gary’s 30 years of experience was gained across multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and agriculture, as well as ministries. The leadership class in Gary's MBA studies ignited a passion to understand leadership and its impact on people and organizations. Consequently Gary has devoted over 7000 hours in pursuit of that understanding and founded 2820 DTW, an authorized Crestcom International Partner.
As Gary’s daughter, Jill has had the benefit of being parented by a father passionate about servant leadership. Being a direct recipient of intentional leadership and a first-line subject of Gary’s mission to lead a family by Christ’s example, she has grown a deep appreciation, respect, and awareness of the impact effective leadership has when delivered with purpose.
Gary and Jill partner to deliver a significant and lasting experience for you and your employees. They desire to engage with your group not only to affect a healthy leadership culture at work, but at home as well, because we know that when 'a leader gets better, everyone wins’.
