Willkommen bei Crestcom Österreich!
Oftmals werden Mitarbeiter aufgrund ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz zu Vorgesetzten. Von einer Führungskraft werden heute aber viel weitreichendere Fähigkeiten erwartet. Führungskräfte sollen unter anderem effektiv kommunizieren, Konflikte und Probleme lösen sowie notwendige Veränderungen anstoßen.
Zu Beginn meiner Karriere wurde auch ich überwiegend fachlich geschult, jedoch kaum auf meine Führungsaufgaben vorbereitet. Im Laufe der Jahre, auch durch Unterstützung von Mentoren, und durchaus auch mit einigen Höhen und Tiefen, habe ich schließlich meinen Führungsstil gefunden.
So durfte ich über 20 Jahre in verschiedenen Bereichen als Führungskraft mit vielen tollen Menschen zusammenarbeiten. Wir haben als Team neben dem Tagesgeschäft zahlreiche Ziele und Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt.

Was unterscheidet jedoch einen Vorgesetzen von einer echten Führungskraft?
Folgende Beispiele veranschaulichen sehr deutlich den Unterschied:
* Ein Vorgesetzter verlangt Anerkennung, eine Führungskraft gibt Anerkennung.
* Ein Vorgesetzter benutzt Mitarbeiter, eine Führungskraft entwickelt sie.
* Ein Vorgesetzter befiehlt, eine Führungskraft bittet.
* Ein Vorgesetzter sorgt sich um Dinge, eine Führungskraft sorgt sich um Mitarbeiter.
* Ein Vorgesetzter ist stolz auf sich, eine Führungskraft ist stolz auf ihre Mitarbeiter.
