Dirk Langenströher wurde mit 27 Jahren Geschäftsführer einer Einzelhandelskette. Wie für viele Führungskräfte vor ihm, galt auch für ihn: Kein Handbuch. Kein Mentor. Er musste sich Führung selbst erarbeiten. Leider.

Fast zwei Jahrzehnte führte er Unternehmen durch Wachstum, Umbrüche und Krisen. Er hat Filialen eröffnet und geschlossen, Teams aufgebaut und schwierige Entscheidungen getroffen. Und dabei eines gelernt: Führung ist kein Zustand. An Führung kann und sollte gearbeitet werden – jeden Tag.
