Having been the leader of a team of over 40 associates for the last 14 years at Rosen Hotels and Resorts, I'm overjoyed to have an opportunity to do something I believe I have extensive experience and skill in. I'm very passionate about developing managers into leaders. Our global program is second to none and has thousands of clients around the world. How to Create a Culture of Trust in Your Organization

Societal, institutional and organizational trust is at an all-time low. The 2021 Edelman Trust Barometer survey of more than 33,000 people in 28 countries reveals a significant decline in trust in institutions and found that most respondents believed that both government and business leaders purposefully mislead people on a regular basis.  This lack of trust is bad news for managers.
