While Traditionalists and Baby Boomers are looking for structure and loyalty, Gen X likes to make their own rules. Meanwhile, less than half of Millennials believe that businesses positively impact society, and 53% of Gen Z workers plan to quit their current job within two years!

"The Crestcom Bulletproof Manager course provided by Dave Lawrence is a resource of immense value for both newer leaders as well as seasoned managers. The course is structured in a way to put the often demanding task of leading people into a framework which enables people leaders to thrive under evolving requests and demands, as well as sharpens the tools already in the belt of those with strong leadership experience. Between Dave's uncanny ability to cogently steer the course where it will make the greatest impact and the depth of topics discussed, such as demographic shifts and their impact on being an effective leader, listening and dialogue techniques, and a focus on not just professional development but also personal wellness, I cannot recommend this course enough to any organization that wants to take its productivity to new heights. There is somewhat of a linear path to the course that really ties all of the elements together upon completion and left me feeling more confident and capable to tackle the ever shifting demands, not just within my company, but also with external stakeholders as well. You will not be disappointed!"

"I enrolled all the upper management of my firm, including myself in the Crestcom program. While the price appears steep on the onset, it was well worth the time and effort. One reason is that it gave prospective executives tools that would otherwise require lengthy and costly mentoring. The other thing is that in almost every session, there was that one golden nugget that I took back and applied immediately. The sessions allowed me not only the time to think about new ways to improve, but actually focused me on what and how to do it. Dave Lawrence is a superstar!"
