Bio Picture: Darrin Stafford
I've been in the retail industry for the past 25 years and held 14 different positions. These roles include Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Training, Environmental Compliance, Fuel, Facility Maintenance, Company Acquisitions and Project Management. Although these positions vary greatly in skill sets, I've always established coaching, training and mentoring as a top priority. I've also been heavily involved in Franchising for many years (on the corporate side) and have learned success and failure through the experience of others. “Now that I have my own company, I’m hoping to put my experience and leadership to the test. I’ve worked with many outstanding leaders and Franchisee’s who taught me many valuable lessons. The time is now to start helping others to become better leaders.”
I'm happily married, have 2 great kids and a Yorkie. I’m originally from San Diego, CA , did a 2 year stint in Pittsburgh, PA and back to Texas. No Texan accent for me but I can smoke a mean brisket.
