Our approach stands out. We offer a monthly live-facilitated, blended interactive learning process. Over 12 months, participants attend 24 interactive workshops delivered live (in-person or virtually), each focused on an essential leadership skill.

Our curriculum utilizes mixed media content featuring subject matter experts, hands-on exercises and real-world group activities that reinforce key learning points. Throughout the process, participants create monthly action plans, and coaching sessions provide accountability and support.
