Bruce has been a Crestcom franchisee for over 16 years serving clients in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH. Prior to his tenure at Crestcom Bruce spent 21 years with Rockwell. His final role included managing a sales and service team supporting one of Rockwell Automation’s largest customers word wide. Before joining Crestcom he also spent time with SAP, a German ERP provider working with Fortune 500 consumer product companies on enterprise with software solutions.
Extensive industry experience and a passion for developing managers' leadership skills drive Bruce's training business. Many long term clients enroll new people year after year based on quantifiable results.
