Antonio Iturmendi Mac-Lellan (Madrid, 1959) está casado y es padre de 3 hijos.
Es economista (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), y tras estudiar el M.A.D.E. del I.E.S.E. (Universidad de Navarra, Barcelona) comienza su carrera profesional en 1985, ocupando cargos de responsabilidad comercial (Director de Cuentas Nacionales, Director Comercial, Director de División) en distintas empresas multinacionales, en España y en los EE.UU. del Sector de Gran Consumo (Pepsi Cola, Grupo Larios y Gillette)
Completa su experiencia profesional en el Sector Industrial de los Bienes de Equipo, asumiendo (2001) la Dirección General de la filial para España y Portugal, del grupo suizo FERAG AG, importante proveedor del Sector Gráfico.
Funda aim Formación y Consultoría, S.L. (2007), como representante de Crestcom International en España, para ayudar a que las empresas - ya sean PYMES, profesionales independientes, o grandes multinacionales - sean más rentables, competitivas y sostenibles. Lo hace impartiendo programas de entrenamiento, de alto impacto y ROI, destinados a desarrollar las Competecias Directivas y de Liderazgo, o a optimizar las Competencias de Venta y Desarrollo de Negocio, dirigidos a directivos, gerentes y profesionales de venta, que quieren ser más eficaces, productivos, y superar las expectativas de sus clientes internos y externos.
Desde 1995, simultanea su carrera profesional con su vocación docente universitaria, de grado y postgrado, en la UFV (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Madrid), que complementa con participaciones en el Master Empresarial en el ITGT (Tajamar, Madrid), y colaboraciones en Nebrija Business School, Bureau Véritas Business School. Es miembro de A.R.H.O.E. y del Seminario Permanente de Investigación sobre el Encuentro y el Liderazgo Ético (“SPIEL”) de la Fundación López Quintás.
