How to Create a Culture of Trust in Your Organization

Societal, institutional and organizational trust is at an all-time low. The 2021 Edelman Trust Barometer survey of more than 33,000 people in 28 countries reveals a significant decline in trust in institutions and found that most respondents believed that both government and business leaders purposefully mislead people on a regular basis.  This lack of trust is bad news for managers. In his research on the neuroscience of trust, Paul J Zak found that employees in high trust organizations are 50% more productive, report 74% less stress and 106% more energy at work than their low trust counterparts. They also report more engagement, less burnout, and take fewer sick days. Join host Jenn DeWall as she explains how to establish trust as a leader, rebuild trust once it is damaged, and create a culture of trust from the front line workers to the C-Suite.
