Lowell Harder specializes in leadership development, strategic growth, and community-focused enterprise. His career spans three decades, in which he has led and built companies across multiple industries, including media, telecommunications, and construction services.

Harder holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders. When asked about his decision to join Crestcom, Harder said, “Crestcom aligns perfectly with my values and passion for developing better leaders.”

Harder is also an active member of his community, serving as the publisher of The High Country News and as a director of the local Chamber of Commerce.
